![]() At one point I was thinking this was a specific issue related to the type of computer she is using since she had no issues with her previous computer which was running 1903 Windows 10 as well but that just wouldn't make sense. The fact that the initial setup for the program takes you through the steps to set it as default specifically for Windows 10 and it still doesn't work is really starting to frustrate me and especially the Principal. It worked fine for 2 weeks for her until it started happening again and it seems to be an issue multiple times a week again. We even resorted to doing a complete re-image of her device. ![]() Have you been able to confirm that this solution you came up with is sticking? Im having this issue with one specific person at the school I'm working at, and go figure it's the Principal who keeps having this issue.
